Marthin De Beer

Co-Chairman and CEO

Prior to founding Prumentum, Marthin was a senior executive at Cisco Systems for over 20 years.  Most recently, he led the Video and Collaboration group, a $9Bn division and was previously responsible for the Emerging Technologies group, an initiative to reinvent adjacent markets by applying new technologies developed by Cisco through a novel crowd sourcing process that resulted in the creation of several new $1Bn+ business units.

Robert Wallace

Co-Chairman

A co-founder of Prumentum, Robert is a successful entrepreneur with extensive business, M&A and private equity experience. He has founded and advised a number of successful companies that have scaled rapidly, gone public or been acquired including Life Storage Centers, LP, Media Arts Group, Inc., Zycon Corp., International Family Entertainment, WYSE Tech, KMCI, Jos. A Banks Clothiers, and Mr. Coffee among others.

Charles Carmel

Board Member | Prumentum Group

Charles has 20 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, corporate development and investment banking. Previously served as a Partner at Warburg Pincus and held executive level positions at Cisco and Goldman Sachs.

Chris Kerkhoff

Chris is President of Plancorp; a fee-only, independently owned wealth management firm and certified fiduciary. Chris joined Plancorp in 1997, just months after graduation from Indiana University. As the firm has evolved, so has he, working up from a financial planner to President.

Diane Strohfus

Most recently Diane was the CHRO of Betterworks, where she helped scale the company through innovative People and Workplace practices, creating an experience that enables employees to thrive. Diane has over 20 years of experience at various tech companies including Cisco, 8x8 and Equinix where she created purpose-built strategies that align people to the business, driving business results.

David Covin

Board Member | Prumentum Group

David R. Covin is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Fremont Group. Mr. Covin has over twenty years of experience in a variety of roles with major global financial services and consulting firms. Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Covin served as the Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup’s Markets and Securities Services.

Keith Taylor

Keith Taylor is Managing Director at Cynosure, coming from The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC, where he was a Managing Director, having spent nine years with Carlyle’s Global Financial Services Fund Group, helping manage two private equity funds. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Taylor was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, working in Goldman’s Financial Institutions Group, and he worked in a similar capacity for JPMorgan Chase and J.P. Morgan. Mr. Taylor serves as a Director of Savant, Steward Partners, Avalon Advisors and Prumentum Group.
